We do not own the fishing rights. We are simply next to some of the best barbel water on the Middle Wye — a five-minute walk through the fields. Book your ticket separately; tackle storage and a drying room are on site.

The nearest water. Walk from the cottages, or drive and park in the lay-by by the bridge. Barbel, chub and the odd salmon on their day.

Book the fishing separately.
Day tickets for the Middle Wye are on the Wye & Usk Passport. Brockhampton Fishery is close if you want a different day. You can also pick up tickets in Ross-on-Wye.
- Not included in the stay. The cottages do not come with a rod on the river. The fishing is always booked on its own ticket.
- On site. Secure storage for rods and tackle, a drying room, and canoe launch rights nearby on the Wye.
